Saturn 1.4.13
Update 2.8.13 - After seeing some recent Saturn captures I processed my best vid again to see if I could get the Polar Cap to show up...think I got it.
Got up at 6:00am and tried for Saturn even though the conditions were not good. Saturn will remain pretty low in the sky this year so I'll take what I can get.
It was about 40 degrees altitude and was already daylight by the time I got these, 2 best of 10 vids, seeing was awful.
Canon XS, 2x Barlow, 10" SCT, best 1000 of 4000 frames

M81/82
M81 and M82 are 12 million light years away, and that's real close as far as galaxies go.
In the Big Dipper, so they are visible almost all year.
